"Breaking The Silence"

We invite you to join us for Breaking The Silence, an event dedicated to advocating and bringing awareness to the challenges faced by women who are victims of domestic violence and various forms of abuse. This event is hosted by SistaH of SurvivaL and aims to support women dealing with:

• Homelessness
• Finding and sustaining employment
• Family reunification
• Sustaining healthy relationships
• Improving self-esteem
• Rebuilding lives after prison or escaping the mental prison of an abuser

Our mission is to significantly decrease the risk of recidivism and to treat everyone with respect, love, and compassion. By sharing our personal experiences, gifts, talents, and resources, we aim to enhance the self-worth and wealth of women around the world.

What to Expect:

• Guest Speakers: Inspiring survivor stories and testimonials sharing insights and resources.
• Dance Ministry: A performance to inspire and remind us of the beauty and strength that resides within each of us.
• Safe Space: A non-judgmental environment for open and supportive conversations.
• Engaging Discussions: Open panel discussions with experts in the field where we'll share and listen to stories about overcoming challenges and healing from traumatic experiences.
• Collaboration: Opportunities to connect and collaborate with like-minded women from various walks of life.
• Networking: Build a network with inspiring women who share your journey.
• Support and Resources: Interactive activities to promote healing and resilience; receive support and resources to help overcome current situations.

Our Goals:

• Create a safe space where women can break the silence on all forms of abuse.
• Help women regain their voices and live out their full God-given potential.
• Use our collective experiences to support and uplift one another.
