REFUNDS AND EXCHANCES
We are committed to providing excellent service and high quality mental health resources to our customers.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Please be aware that all digital products are FINAL SALE and we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
LIFE COACHING SESSIONS: The Coach is not responsible for the outcome or the pace of self-development. It is totally up to the Client to determine the success of their sessions.
PRODUCTS: NO REFUNDS will be granted, but we will honor Exchanges.
Please check your merchandise "IMMEDIATELY" upon receiving. Each order is printed as the order is placed and unique to that order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color or buyer’s remorse. For misprinted/damaged/defective items, a claim must be submitted with a picture within 7 days after the product is delivered for a return/refund to be considered.
If you would like to exchange a product without any defect or due to a wrong size or color being ordered, there will be a 10% restocking fee of the item being exchanged.
